AN IMPORTANT NOTICE:

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND BASIC SCREENING PROTECTIONS

*All patients undergo COVID screening twice before being allowed to enter facility for an appointment or shift.
*All team members undergo COVID screening every working day.
*All patients and team members undergo touchless temperature reading before being allowed to have an appointment or shift.
*No waiting in waiting room. Patients will remain in their cars until we are ready to bring them right into the operatory.
*Glass barriers installed at front desk.
*Patient will be asked to respect social distancing.
*Appointments will be staggered to keep patients and staff to a minimum.

PROCEDURE PROTECTIONS

*All patients and staff to use hand sanitizers upon entry and exit of the clinic.
*All patients to wear masks whilst in the clinic at all times (except during procedure for patient). Because of shortage of Personal Equipment Equipment (PPE), we will please ask patients to bring their own mask.
*Peroxide rinse (30 seconds twice) prior commencement of treatment.
*Use of rubber dam when possible and high volume suction.
*Investment in Purevac HVE system kit.
*Team members fully equipped with all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
*A new washable gown will be used by staff for each patient.
*Disinfectant fogging (officially been proven to kill SARS-Cov-2, Covid-19).
*Twice daily disinfection of all waiting room reception, bathroom and common facilities.

FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS AND INVESTMENTS

*Renovations have been done such that all operatories are completely closed from floor to ceiling and they all have doors.
*Investment in surgical grade HEPA air filtration system (Surgically clean air) that will remove 99.998% of particles at 0.1 microns, and 99.2% at 0.0025 microns.  An additional 3 units have been purchased, one for each operatory.
*Investment on a Venmar X24 HRV.
