Dr. Melissa Lemire

For as long as she can remember, Dr. Lemire has wanted to be a dentist. Her childhood dream was realized when she began her dental studies at Laval University in Quebec City. She graduated with a degree in dentistry in 2001 and moved back to her hometown of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec to begin her career. After practising in Quebec for several years, Dr. Lemire relocated to Ottawa, her husband's hometown.

Dr. Lemire is deeply committed to continuing education and keeps apprised of the latest techniques and innovations in dentistry. She is a graduate of the prestigious Dawson Academy. Dr. Lemire is caring and detail-oriented and strives to provide the best quality of treatment to all of her patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Lemire loves discovering new places while travelling with her husband and two sons. She is also a huge sport enthusiast who enjoys running, skiing and surfing. She plans to take up the piano again, after having played for years as a child.
